Tohatsu 4-stroke outboard motors are state-of-the-art powerhouses. Whether you prefer manual start (pull) or electric start (push), these outboards are easy starting, quiet, smooth running, fast and reliable.

Even our heaviest boat (if you can call 240 lbs."heavy") - the B-60 Kingfish Edition - will clock 12 mph with the 4-stroke 4 HP outboard; it will do 18-20 mph with the 9.8 HP outboard, 24-25 mph with the 15 HP outboard, and 30-32 mph with the 20 HP outboard. So, if you just need to get around the lake or up/down the river, a small Tohatsu 4-stroke will work fine. However, if you want to get there - or back - quickly, go for the 9.8 HP, the 15 HP, or the 20 HP. They are all great motors that will perform well for many years.

Tohatsu 4-stroke outboard motors are all C.A.R.B. 3-star Ultra-Low emissions rated and feature a manufacturer's 3-year limited warranty.
